National Federation of Funeral Directors Membership

Tree of Life have recently become members of the National Federation of Funeral Directors (NFFD). This means that we are regulated by their code of practice and support their fair deal charter.

The NFDD is a professional, self-regulated body, committed to increasing consumer choice and cost transparency within the funeral and associated industries.

What does this mean for our customers?

Our customers can rest assured that as a member of the NFDD we provide a service to be proud of. The NFDD helps to always set and maintain a high standard of professional conduct. Members need to show among other things:

- Staff act in a courteous, sensitive, dignified and professional manner at all times.
